Shipping Method

How we ship

All of our orders are shipped using NZ Post services. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Bags.

 

Tracking

When we ship your order you will receive an email notifying you your order has been sent with a tracking number that can be used on the NZ Post tracking tool here.

 

Shipment time & delivery

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt of order to the delivery address provided.

 

The approximate time for a Standard Shipping order to arrive is 3-5 working days. Add 2-3 days for Rural delivery. These delivery times are estimates only. Bored Graffiti does not accept any liability in any circumstances for late deliveries.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours for the receipt of your package. Post Office Boxes and Private Bags are not accepted delivery addresses.

Delivery charges

In addition to the price for products, delivery charges will be charged at the checkout when completing your order.

In most cases the prices quoted at checkout will be correct, but in some cases additional delivery charges may be required for orders exceeding 3kgs or if large/bulky items require non-standard packaging. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case and you must agree to these extra charges before the order can be shipped.

Missing order

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at bored.graffiti.co@gmail.com.

Upon delivery to you, you assume all risk and responsibility for the products. Bored Graffiti accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur following delivery to you.

Change of address

The shipping address for your order is to be supplied and confirmed at the checkout and in the order and shipping confirmation emails from us. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, you must notify us of any address changes immediately. Bored Graffiti cannot accommodate any address change requests received after the products have been dispatched.

Bored Graffiti does not accept any liability in any circumstances for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by you.

Returns Policy

Returns criteria

Bored Graffiti is committed to customer satisfaction and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchange unless the item is faulty. All returns must be:

  • returned within 25 days of original purchase date

  • received in new, unworn condition with original tags attached

 

We may refuse to refund the purchase price if returned items do not comply with the above criteria.

 

Choose carefully

We do not issue refunds or exchange if you have changed your mind or if the size is wrong, so please choose carefully.

Returning product

Returns sent by courier are at the customer's expense and will be reimbursed once the return is accepted.

 

We highly recommend using a tracked parcel service to ensure your return can be tracked if it goes missing.  Bored Graffiti is not liable for any lost courier returns.

Once we receive the package we will endeavour to inspect and process your return within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

 

You will receive an email to notify you whether a refund or exchange was made on your return and update you on the process.
